Trabalho "oficialmente" a 10 anos na área de alimentação. Comecei com um curso de Cozinheiro no SENAC de Campos do Jordão, onde durante o curso ouvi falar sobre o trabalho em navio... O que me levou a trabalhar fora do Brasil na Disney Cruise Line por 8 anos. Depois de algumas promoções no Disney Wonder , inauguração do Disney Dream na Alemanha em 2010/2011, treinamentos e muita experiência, decidi que era hora de voltar.
Como eu simplesmente amo cozinhar - leia-se fazer doces ;o) - resolvi fazer o que mais gosto. Pareceu natural pensar em fazer cupcakes...mas aí tudo começou a mudar. Descobri a Bakerella - foi ela quem começou a febre de fazer os Cake Pops nos EUA e fez com que todo mundo se encantasse com eles. Simplesmente não tem como ficar imune ao charme dos Cake Pops... resolvi testar e depois de muitas tentativas, erros e acertos finalmente peguei o jeito! São muito delicados e gostosos, uma tentação para o paladar.
Sem contar os bem casados! Esses também exigiram muitas, mas muitas tentativas até que chegasse na que estivesse com o perfeito balanço de açúcar e maciez desejados. O resultado é compensador - um doce delicado e saboroso que trará sucesso e boas energias a quem experimentar - afinal de contas os bem casados estão aí para celebrar e desejar o melhor a quem os dá e recebe.
Não existe coisa melhor do que fazer o que gostamos - tudo sai mais bonito, mais gostoso e é muito mais prazeroso fazer o que amamos. E fazer bem feito é o nosso compromisso!

I work officially 10 years on the food and beverage industry. I started with the cook course at SENAC in Campos do Jordão, São Paulo where I first heard of cruise ships jobs.... That led me to work outside Brasil at Disney Cruise Line for 8 years. After several promotions on the Disney Wonder, Disney Dream opening in Germany 2010/2011, lots of training and a lots of experience I decided it was time to return.
I simply love to cook - specially bake sweets - so I tried to do what I love most. Its was natural for me to think about baking cup cakes... but then I discovered Bakerella - it was her who started this Cake Pop fever in USA a few years ago and made everybody go crazy about them. I gave it a shot and tried to make them. After many trials I got them right. They are very delicate and tasty, we simply cannot resist them!
I started as well to bake the brazilian marriage sweets called "Bem Casados" -"well married" in english- that simbolizes the union between the husband and wife on the marriages, celebrates the new borns, celebrates Christening, 15 year´s birthday, and even corporate events.
It took a lot of work and recipes to reach the perfect one with the right amount of sugar, desired softness and moist. The result is rewarding - a tasty delicate sweet that brings success and good energy to those who try and give them away. After all, the "Bem Casados" are there to celebrate and wish the best to those who give and receive them.
There is nothing better to do what we like - everything comes out more beautiful and its more enjoyable to do what we love. And doing it well is our commitment!
